1. What kinds of LED neon signs do you sell? We offer a curated selection of ready-made LED neon signs, including inspirational words, popular symbols, and fun shapes. You can also order a fully custom sign with your own text, logo, or design. All signs are made with bright, energy-efficient LEDs and a sleek acrylic backing, perfect for bedrooms, offices, and events.
2. Where do you ship, and how much does it cost? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping is a flat $15 for standard delivery, which takes 7-14 business days after your order is processed.
3. How long does it take to process and receive my order? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place them. Once processed, standard shipping takes 7-14 business days, so you can expect your sign to arrive in roughly 8-17 business days total. We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
4. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't entered production. Just email us at support@vasal.shop with your order number, and we'll process the cancellation right away.
5. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The sign must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us first to initiate a return, and we'll provide instructions. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the sign arrived defective or damaged.
6. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package with the carrier, which is typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you don't see the tracking email, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
7. Are your signs safe and energy-efficient? Absolutely. Our LED neon signs run on low-voltage power, so they stay cool to the touch and use very little electricity. They're much safer than traditional glass neon, making them ideal for homes, kids' rooms, and even commercial spaces that run signs for long hours.
8. Can I mount the sign both indoors and outdoors? Our signs are designed primarily for indoor use. If you want to use one outdoors, we recommend placing it in a covered area like a patio or porch, out of direct rain and sun. The LED strip is durable, but prolonged exposure to harsh weather could affect its lifespan.
